1. General Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of our commercial wrapping services, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once materials have been ordered or work has commenced, refunds may be limited to reflect costs already incurred.
2. Deposit Refunds
2.1 Before Production Begins
If you cancel your project before we begin production or order materials:

Full deposit refund minus a 10% administration fee

2.2 After Production Begins
If you cancel your project after we have begun production or ordered materials:

No refund available on the deposit

You remain liable for all costs incurred including materials, production, and labor

Any custom-printed or cut materials cannot be refunded
2.3 After Completion
If you cancel after work is completed:

Full payment is required as per our Terms and Conditions
3. Service Quality Issues
3.1 Defective Work or Materials
If our work or materials are defective due to our error or workmanship:

We will repair or replace the defective work at no additional cost

This is our preferred remedy rather than a refund

Claims must be made within 7 days of completion

5. Artwork and Design Services
5.1 Design Revisions

Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will incur extra charges

5.2 Client Approval
Once you approve artwork or designs:

You are responsible for checking accuracy

6. Changes and Cancellations

If you cancel at this stage: Refund of balance minus costs incurred
7.2 Access Issues
If we cannot complete installation due to access issues:

Caused by you: No refund; rescheduling fee may apply

Caused by us: Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost
8. Warranty vs. Refund

Issues covered by our warranty (12 months workmanship, materials as per manufacturer):
